Service Information

As a DASP PT. Micronics Internusa process all kind of service and warranty claim of Dell unit (except Inspiron and Dimension)

Type of our service :
  1. regular service
    at our workshop (office hour 08.30 WIB - 17.00 WIB)
  2. regular on site service (appointment for schedule)
  3. 24 x 7 on site service (appointment for schedule)

Service cost :
  1. Desktop PC Rp 175.000,-
  2. Notebook Rp 250.000,-
  3. Server Rp 350.000,-

note :
  • not include spare parts
  • not include Tax 10%
  • for onsite service (JaBoDeTaBek) + Rp 50.000,-



System Information Warranty


You can make sure that your Dell unit is still under warranty by  following the URL bellow. The link will provide you :
  • Type of your system
  • The warranty period
  • Type of warranty
  • List of your original system
 
Service Tag Number
Unique digits contains alphanumeric and aphabetical character, as an ID in Dell unit.
  1. Desktop PC , behind the unit (printed with barcode), on top of casing (without barcode)
  2. Notebook , behind the unit (printed with barcode)
  3. Server , in front of the casing
With service tag customer can checck the SLA code and warranty periods. A single tag paired with several PPID (see list original system)

Warranty Status

Warranty Claim
To claim the warranty you must fill the requirements
  • The system is still under warranty
  • There is no physical damage on part
  • Serial number must tally with the service tag
  • Service tag should be in the same region with DASP, if not the customer must transfer the warranty

Warranty Transfer


Dell covered a global warranty service world wide (except Inspiron and Dimension) you can claim the warranty ehere ever you stay. Since the system was bought from overseas and not purchase from PT Micronics or any Dell Authorised Distributor in Indonesia, you need to transfer the Warranty database from overseas to Indonesia. After the warranty transfer approved by Dell, then we can start process your warranty claim which usually takes about 2-3 working days to complete.

In order to get a warranty transfer approval you need to fill in the online form which you can find in
